True Fighters personal training program is a program built for everyone no matter the age or physical shape. We have taken our expertise in the Mixed Martial arts and fitness field and combined it into a program that will get you to your desired fitness level and shape as quick as possible.
We will set goals and provide feedback and accountability to clients. As a part of our program we also measure their client's strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments, doing so will help us understand what how far you are from reaching your goals and what type of exercises we need to focus on. Because each person is built differently and everyone has different strength and weaknesses the assessment will help the trainer understand your body and your fitness level in order to set up a proper fitness plan for your desired goals.
These fitness assessments are performed during an exercise program to measure their client's improvements in physical fitness. We also educate our clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.
